David graduated with a degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, and then after a short time in engineering built a successful career in sales, management, and financial solutions within large IT corporations. During this time, David also had a successful motor racing career, and it was whilst racing he became fascinated by the connection that what you believe is directly related to what you actually achieve (Henry T Ford once famously said "If you think you can do a thing, or think you can't do a thing, you're right!").

 

Over the last decade David has trained in coaching and many other related disciplines including NLP and personality type, to become an expert in how the mind works and understanding how this can be applied to transform peoples lives, allowing them to achieve their goals and ambitions, faster than many initially thought possible. Over the last six years David has built an outstanding track record of coaching clients to success.

 

 

 

 

 

Juliet initially trained as a broadcast journalist, working in commercial radio where she exercised her innate love of communication, natural curiosity and involvement in the community.  Following a major life change, she joined the Social Services team of an Acute General Hospital where, with the medical team, she worked to assess patients’ needs for safe discharge.  She also has a number of years’ experience working within local government, private companies, NGOs and several charities – both as a trustee and as a service provider, and now works as a successful coach.

 

Juliet’s particular area of interests include exploring what makes people tick and good, plain, honest communication!   Having observed how easily people misunderstand each other through poor communication – both with themselves and others and the resulting obstacles people put in their own and other people’s way to achieving success, she re-trained in NLP, hypnosis, Clean Language and Myers Briggs, the leading personality type indicator.
